Abstract The article proposes an analysis of the study turning a titanium-based alloy used for manufacture surgical implants. main focus is on machinability problems associated with choice rational cutting parameters, which determine quality and durability pedicle screws. conclusion made about need research aimed at ensuring maximum performance application practical data medical To carry out experimental studies, non-free titanium bar was performed cutter fixed in dynamometer. Graphs forces versus speed feed were to select effective combination machining parameters. A thermal imaging camera evaluate effect processing parameters temperature processed sample. Conclusions are drawn dependence coefficients longitudinal transverse chip shrinkage results show that when VT6, coefficient shrinkage, characterizes broadening increasing speed, remains unchanged. goals further clarifying optimal conditions transpedicular fixation screws from VT6 determined.
